I just thought this borderset would look nice as a framed set so here it is. Instructions can be found at the end of this document.

Back to the no frames version
You can still use the right click to save images. You must save the top border on this page. It is not just a rotated version of the side border. In order to use this as the frames you see here you need three (3) HTML documents. You notice that only two are viewable by right clicking within each frame (the top document and the bottom document). The frame document can be viewed in MSIE by clicking on View Source in your toolbar. That is the 3rd document and also MUST be uploaded to your FTP space. It is actually the instructions to the browser on how the frames will open. I"ve included a zip file of the documents you need which you can download below. When using frames on a page with links you will want other pages to open outside the frames. You will need to enter the code target="_top" after any links you place in your code.
Frames may look intimidating but are very easy once you understand how they work. I suggest visiting this site The Webmaster's Reference for more information on frames. It's really helpful.
