This is a basically simple borderset with buttons that you can customize to suit your own site. I decided to make these buttons for a border I have always liked in my borders only collection.
Instead of using a transparent gif image to define the space for the border I have set this up with tables. Please view the source code if you're interested in seeing how it's set up.
